varnish-1.0.1 rpm packages for RHEL4

Inspired by the lack of precompiled packages, I rolled a set of i386,
x86_64 and src packages for RHEL4. Included is a specfile, a simple
test config and a RedHat compliant init script. Please consider
including them in the upstream source.

Packages available at http://users.linpro.no/ingvar/varnish/

Building binary packkages for other Red Hat derived distributions like
Fedora or CentOS, should be as simple as rebuilding the source rpm.
