cache location

Newbie question. I've searched the docs (which are great, btw), but I can't
find this. Apologies if it's obvious... a pointer to the right place would
be much appreciated.

I need to tell Varnish to keep its disk cache on a specific device, and I'd
also like to limit the size. Where do I control the location and size of the
cache?
