Hi, I can see you are Varying by User-Agent and Cookie, it might be that.
Varying by User-Agent will make varnish to hit again the backend if it
doesn't have a cached version already.
And varying by cookie will hit again even if you have a cached version for
the browser, unless you always send the same cookie.
I think your problem is with the Vary header.
