Hi,

I assume you mean the Pressflow distribution of Drupal and not vanilla
Drupal. As Drupal doesn't really set the right headers to be able to support
Varying by cookie.

This URL features a decent varnish-Drupal vcl.  Pressflow doesn't need
specific load balancing control so just make a config from this [age for
your backends

You'll also need to make changes to Pressflow settings....
