In this particular case, sure.  However, it would allow us to do
something like:

varnishlog -o RxUrl "/foo" | varnishtop -i RxURL

It'd certainly be useful to be able to, I don't know if you can trick it
with getting varnishlog to write its binary format to /dev/stdin and
varnishtop to /dev/stdout, but if not, we could add that fairly easily.
