Segfault for varnishtop running latest Varnish on Ubuntu 10.10

| varnishtop now seems to be working fine on 32bit, (am now using
| varnish_2.1.3-7ubuntu0.1_i386.deb and
| libvarnish1_2.1.3-7ubuntu0.1_i386.deb).

We don't support maverick on repo.varnish-cache.org, only the LTS
releases are supported so this might explain it.  I guess we should
document that clearly on the wiki page.
