Force cache a php page

Looks like you have a typo in the vcl config. Try using php instead of 
phg :)

--- bad ---
vcl_recv

  if (req.url ~ "\.phg(\?.*)?$") {
   return(lookup);}

--- better ---
vcl_recv

  if (req.url ~ "\.php(\?.*)?$") {
   return(lookup);}

?
