How to setup MaxMind Mod_GeoIP in Varnish

All, I want to be able to setup Mod_GeoIP to restrict Countries in Varnish,
I tried on the web server but of course the web server is fronted by my
Varnish server.  Anyone have instructions on how to setup Varnish with
Mod_GEOIP to only allow certain countries?
