Problem with Varnish.

Hey,
Yes, iptables but in/outgoing for port 80 is open. nginx running on port 81 and varnish running on 80, beckend for varnish i set to "127.0.0.1", "81".
I think it's because of firewall or sysctl... Do you know if there is anything in sysctl
 or firewall
 which can cause this problem?

Do youy have any router or firewall dropping transfer packages? I mean, somethign that not allow varnish to retrieve or response from/to ngnix or internet?
