VCL documentation doesn't seem to mention vcl_timeout

detail vcl_timeout, or indeed mention it at all. Nothing useful comes
up via http://www.varnish-cache.org/docs/2.1/search.html?q=vcl_timeout&check_keywords=yes&area=default
either.  Could this be fixed (or have I missed something)?
