Content-Length vs Transfer-Encoding

Hi all,

I'd like to ask about bug report

I can see that the patch is not included in the latest 4.0.2 Varnish
release. I assume it will be included in next (4.0.3?) but would I be
able to get any info when would that be?

Also in my case doing 

set beresp.do_esi = true;

seems to fix the problem. Is that a good workaround considering that I'm
not doing any ESI stuff? Is there anything that should be included with
this, or avoided?
