ACLs to match Headers

Hello,
Is it possible to use an ACL and match it against, say, the X-Forwarded-For
header?  We're using Varnish (v3.0.5) in a load-balanced environment and it
would be nice to not have to write up a regular expression for each IP
address/range we need to match against.
