Varnish Puppet Module

By official, I’m assuming you mean one released by puppetlabs. For that, there’s not.
But, there are modules on the Forge and GitHub that claim to support Varnish 3 - specifically maxchk/varnish, which you can use the `version` param (defaults to present), to specify v3. Might even support v4.
