Difficulty in setting varnishncsa format in RH 7 Varnish 4.1

It used to be easy in CentOS 6 with Varnish 4.

Different service startup methods now so in the file:

/usr/lib/systemd/system/varnishncsa.service

I have:

ExecStart=/usr/bin/varnishncsa -a -w /var/log/varnish/varnishncsa.log -D -P
/run/varnishncsa.pid -F "\"%h %l %u %t %r %s %b %D\""

But the -F option is not escaping things properly.
