ban.list without expression

Hi!

for some strange reason my varnish setup is adding stuff to the ban list but without expressions.

How can I know from where is this coming from?
Im running varnish-4.1.3-beta1 revision NOGIT, Linux,4.4.0-22-generic,x86_64,-junix,-sdeprecated_persistent,-smalloc,-hcritbit with persistent storage.
