Varnish 0.9.1 released

We are proud to announce the release of Varnish 0.9.1, an alpha
release of the Varnish high-performance HTTP accelerator.

The main purpose of the 0.9.1 release is to correct the omission of a
few files (including the software license) from the 0.9 tarball.
