 Linux (or rather, glibc) doesn't have setproctitle(); instead, we have a
 dummy in libcompat.  We need a working implementation.

 We may also want to use our own implementation on *BSD, to get a
 consistent result across platforms (FreeBSD's setproctitle() is a bit
 strict in how it ofrmats titles)
