 From Maxime Ritters post to varnish-misc:

  * What is meaning of pipe, pass, lookup, etc (you can guess for some
 commands, but what is the meaning of insert_pass ?)...
  * meaning of obj.cacheable (and obj.valid ?). Ok, it says : "this object
 is cacheable", but how does varnish set this variable ?
