 Got this after "N worker threads" stopped at ~230, "N worker threads not
 created" started rising, and activity in the log stopped.

 After this message, the log and stats showed activity again until worker
 threads reached ~ 230 and then the same thing happened again.

 Running Debian Sarge, 2.6.13 kernel on a dual Xeon with 4GB mem.
