 When trying to run "service varnish start" on a system with no C compiler,
 I get this :

 sh: cc: command not found
 tee: standard output: Broken pipe
 tee: write error
 pclose=32512
 Internal error: GCC returned 0x7f00
 }}}
 Why is varnishd trying to run "cc" at runtime? This seems wrong.
