 No,

 Varnish uses VM mapping of the storage file, so there is no way to support
 more than the operating systems leaves for userland processes.  (between
 2.5 and 3.5 GB on a 32bit system).

 The amount of RAM is not important in this respect.

 Are you sure your XEON's don't support 64bit mode ?
