 I'm not sure this is the same problem as #85 since before updating to svn
 trunk, things were simply not working, and with the default settings, only
 one worker thread was being created it seems.

 Anyway, if that comment is incorrect, you should :
  * Remove it from redhat/varnish.sysconfig in svn trunk
  * Re-enable the relevant bit from redhat/varnish.initrc in svn trunk
