 In a virtual hosting environment with several backend servers with a large
 amount of domains/customers each, the possibility to match on which IP is
 requested (ie. varnish server has 15 IP-addresses assigned where each one
 represent one backend with vhosts) is needed to choose the correct
 backend. Matching on host headers becomes extremely ineffective.
