 I'm still seeing this problem.  On a page that contains multiple items
 such as images, stylesheets, javascript, etc ... each item will delay 15
 seconds in loading.  15 seconds is the default KeepAliveTimeout in
 Apache2, at least in Debian Etch.  When I set KeepAlive to Off, the
 problem goes away.

 # varnishd -V
 varnishd (varnish-1.1.1)

 I built/installed this as a Debian package from sources I downloaded from
 Trac just a couple weeks ago.

 Des mentions that this is believed to have been fixed in a post of about a
 month ago ... was the believed fix included in the 1.1.1 release?
