#402: send_timeout cause connections to be prematurely closed
----------------------+-----------------------------------------------------
 Reporter: havardf | Owner: phk
     Type: defect | Status: new
 Priority: normal | Milestone:
Component: varnishd | Version: 2.0
Severity: normal | Keywords: send_timeout connections
----------------------+-----------------------------------------------------
Active connections( that is, clients downloading and accepting data ) will
be closed by varnish if the download takes more than send_timeout seconds.

We run varnish on linux/debian etch 64bits. We have seen this problem in
 both v1.0.4 and 2.0~tp2-0.

There seems to be a discrepancy between how send_timeout is defined in
'man varnishd' and what it actually does.
