 I've grepped the entire source tree for NAN with no real success.  In
 answer to your question, man 3 nan returns nothing.  However, the isnan
 family is described here: http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-
 bin/man.cgi?query=isinf

 I have a query out to the OpenBSD mailing list asking for some pointers.
 I'll update you once I have something.
