 I'm surprised that the fd/id/xid are all zero, in fact most of the session
 is zero, that looks really bogus.

 STP_AGAIN is also zero, so that is not relevant.

 Looks like a case of a session being forked, possibly the acceptor acting
 up again.

 No other obvious clue right now.
