 Please add an option to set a fixed page size for Varnish's allocations.
 With large data sets and many small objects, this leads to upto 10% better
 (less) use of VM space to fit the same data.

 I have been using, and I am still using the attached patch from PHK. I
 just want this to be an option so that I don't have to patch Varnish to
 set this value.
