Comment:

 The thread-pool has had an overhaul recently, and at least on finn.no this
 has mitigated the problems somewhat, even if it has not completely solved
 the issue.

 I want to close this ticket, since it related to the old thread pool
 sizing code, to avoid mixing old symptoms with new symptoms, if thread
 pileups should still be a significant problem.
