 I really think the cleaner need to be done by another thread, and keep
 accepter thread more cleaner.

 I don't know if will need protect some value with mutex or something, but
 keep accept thread and response threads faster are acceptable.

 In real world without ab(1), client have different internet connections
 and many clients can lost tcp connection.
