 Just like ticket 304, beta1 build fails in more locations.  I added
 ${PTHREAD_LIBS} to the Makefile.am files *_LDADD for varnishlog,
 varnishnca, and varnishstat.  Then ran autogen.sh, configure and then
 compiled successfully.
