 We worked on this after the following ticket:
 http://varnish.projects.linpro.no/ticket/235

 This patch implements all that we thought of performance improvements for
 varnish epoll acceptor. We are running with this patch for a few days and
 its going much better. We are getting close to use all our hardware
 resources with maximum varnish performance.
