 Grace doesn't kick in when the backend is a director. Director is probably
 always considered healthy.

 Suggestion: consider director sick when all its backends are sick.

 Sorry if it is fixed in trunk, my version is varnish-2.0.4-5~bpo50+1
 (debian lenny with backports)
