 When enabling esi parsing varnish crashes frequently with a panic message:

 Feb  3 13:19:07 rabbla varnishd\[20240\]: Child (21744) Panic message:
 Assert error in VRT_ESI(), cache_vrt_esi.c line 761:   Condition(q ==
 ew->t.e) not true.

 coredumps and debug information available.
