 Sorry again, it must have been too late yesterday. Please replace all
 {{{HTTP_HDR_MAX}}} in the code snippet and the addition above with
 {{{HTTP_HDR_MAX_VAL}}}.
 I packed the whole stuff into the attached patch file. The patch also
 add's the "fix" for Sun Studio 12 not recognizing the {{{__inline}}}
 statements in {{{vsha256.c}}}.
