eugaia, could you please try using -s malloc,10MB and see how much memory
is consumed then? If that works fine, try with -s malloc,100MB.
Even if we can't fix this, we can document that Varnish and OpenVZ doesn't
play well together and either recommend people not use OpenVZ with
Varnish, or if the abovementioned idea works, to use -s malloc.
