 As a matter of fact I have just finished rolling it into our production
 servers, and I can see a little decrease of cond GETs (304 responses) as
 expected! Now we are getting more Browser Cache Hits (client-side) then
 before, because now, when the browser refreshes the object, it gets 304
 plus cache headers :)
