 I think phk's point was that you can already do this easily with the
 .request parameter, so the question becomes whether this duplicate
 functionality is better/useful enough to justify the added complexity.

 .request allows you to push arbitrary headers, which is extremely
 flexible.  Enumerating all possible headers as separate options seems like
 wasted complexity, IMVHO.
