 <phk> Mithrandir, if you run configure on a system without xsltproc you
 get a very cryptic error message at make time.
 <phk> is there a dependency check missing ?

 <Mithrandir> phk: yeah, it fails to check for xsltproc.  It should just
 skipping building the docs.
