 When running make check for varnish-2.1.3 on rhel6 beta2/ppc64,
 tests/c00031.vtc fails. This has to work to get varnish into epel6.

 See attached output from make check.

 This was set to trunk since 2.1.3 is not available in the version list in
 the trac.
