Comment:

 There isn't really a universal way to monitor it, I'm afraid. Certain
 things tend to eat up session workspace (esi being chief among the
 sinners). It's one of the things that sort of requires a bit of trial-and-
 error to get right.

 For further discussion on that, I recommend using the mail list (-misc) as
 you'll have a much larger audience (as will the reply).

 If you do run into this problem again, feel free to re-open the ticket
 though.
