[Varnish] #615: Varnish crashes every few minutes with Assert error in VCA_Prep(), cache_acceptor.c line 148

I am not currently able to follow up on this.  When we had the issues with Solaris, we also had some new hardware arrive.  I was given two systems, 1 running CentOS and one running Ubuntu to install varnish on.  We are currently running with these systems in front of our web servers and I am trying to get caught up with configuring the two front end systems for production use.
