 I've posted an updated version of the patch.

 rhalff first version was nice, but just ADDED the vhost in front of the
 usual NCSA/vhost lighttpd format.

 Instead I wanted varnishncsa to produce EXACTLY the same format as
 standard lighttpd.access.log, so I hacked it a bit.

 Awstats configuration for this log format (which is the same as lighttpd
 default)
 LogFormat = "%host %virtualname %logname %time1 %methodurl %code %bytesd
 %refererquot %uaquot")

 Enjoy, perfectly working on my FreeBSD box.
