 Some requests are presented with all fields as null (including 0 epoch
 seconds). This is often (always?) associated with a backend request.

 Backend requests are logged with the wrong timezone. I don't know if this
 is necessarily related but I noticed them at the same time.

 This is Varnish 2.0.6.
