Comment:

 While I see the point in having something like this, I don't think we want
 to add it.  The reason is people already are confused enough by the hit
 ratio and what it means.

 I'd be willing to discuss replacing the current hit ratio with your new
 measure if you can drum up support for it on varnish-misc.
