 Had a chat with Kristian. There may be at least two possible ways to solve
 this:

 1) Make the mother process wait for its children to end before dying
 2) At receiving SIGTERM, make the varnishd child processes stop using
 system resources that prevents a new varnishd from forking new children
 (ie. shut down its port immediately).
