 Until varnishncsa gets full LogFormat support, it would be nice to be able
 to customise the output format at least with the available fields.

 Two patches have been posted to the mailing list already:

 I cleaned them up a bit and added support for %U and %q separately (as
 opposed to retrieving %U%q as an atomic unit).
