We throw away the body when we do the hash-lookup, and there is not much
we can do about that in the present architecture.
The present Varnish attitude to POST/PUT is that you pass or pipe them,
that's all we do, changing that is not a trivial job.
It sounds to me like you should implement a director that does what you
want, that would solve the problem...

to explain well how you think it should work, and why.
