Comment:

 This is the socket timeout: if the client does not accept the data fast
 enough, we time it out.

 How patient we are, is controlled by the {{{send_timeout}}} paramter which
 defaults to 10 minutes.

 When we talked on irc, I thought you showed a case where the number before
 the slash were one higher than the number after the slash, that would be a
 real bug.
