 atm we have to use curl to purge varnish, it would be simpler if we could
 purge with varnishadmin via full hash e.g.

 varnishadmin purge.direct foo.bla#/x/y/z

 no regex support, just simple == matching, fetch the object and set ttl
 exactly as one would do inside vcl

 (ban based purging is not an option for us since we have to many
 objects/purges for this)
